Splitscreen Bus Master Cylinder With Reservoir - 1955-66 Single Circuit

Replacement reproduction single circuit master cylinder for use on all left and right hand drive Splitscreen buses from 1955 to 1966 (Not for 1967 models which have a dual circuit master cylinder)

Also a popular purchase for Buggy and Trike owners when a single circuit cylinder is required.

Quality: Reproduction

Not supplied with brake light switch, see part numbers

  • 2 Terminal: 113945515H
  • 3 Terminal: 113945515G

Tips: If you are changing you master cylinder, some or all of the brake pipes may need to be re-routed. This is due to the port layout being different on the new master cylinder. When planning your brake line routing, be sure to fit the brake switch `below` the master cylinder centre line. Otherwise air can be trapped in the system which will make it difficult to bleed the brakes.

It is also VERY important that the end play of the brake pedal pushrod is adjusted correctly. Follow the factory specifications of 1mm endplay. The pushrod can be adjusted using the thread and lock-nut on the pushrod shaft. For some applications you may have to cut the pushrod down in length.
