ALL INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES (Including Ireland and the Channel Islands) ARE DONE ON A QUOTE BASIS

All shipping quotes are prepared through the website.
If you have an international address or postcode, please log onto (or create) your account, put the items required into the boot and confirm the order.
Our shipping team will then calculate the best option for the parts required as soon as possible and email a shipping quote for you to approve on the website before you proceed to payment.
Please note this can take up to 2 working days to complete during busy periods.

Standard Delivery:

Standard delivery is usually a 2 – 3 working day delivery, though we will always despatch your goods as quickly as we can and your parts may arrive quicker than this in some instances, or may occasionally take a little longer. Parts over 25kg in weight and some larger parts and fragile parts (glass etc.) do not qualify for Free Carriage and may be subject to an extra postage charge.

Next Working Day Delivery:

We now offer a NEXT WORKING DAY delivery for £13.50.

All NEXT WORKING DAY orders placed on our website before 2pm will be dispatched the same day to arrive the following working day (except pallet or highlands and islands postcodes).

Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day.

PLEASE NOTE: NEXT WORKING DAY delivery is not available for orders placed on Friday (please use Saturday Delivery) or for orders over the weekend for Monday delivery as we are closed on the weekend (Saturday and Sunday).

Express Delivery:

Cool Air offer 3 different types of Fedex Express delivery to UK Mainland only (not including Highlands + Islands).

Next working day by 12.00 noon: £16.50

Next working day by 10.30am: £19.50

Saturday Delivery: £13.50

All express orders placed via our website before 2pm will be dispatched the same day on one of our express tariffs to arrive the following working day.

Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day.

Express orders to remote areas ie some parts of Scotland will be a 48 hour service.

Late Next Day or Express Deliveries:

Very occasionally our couriers are not able to deliver within agreed timescales. In the event that your parts do not arrive on time, The extra carriage fee will be refunded in full and your postal rates will revert back to our standard rates.

We are not able to refund any other costs arising from late delivery and would always recommend that you:

Do not book mechanics etc. until your parts have actually arrived

Place your order well in advance of holiday or show dates etc.

Bulky and Heavy Items

Engines, gearboxes, bonnets and some other items need specialist carriage due to their size/weight and additional packing requirements.

Delivery is usually 2 – 3 working days for such items, though we will always despatch your goods as quickly as we can and your parts may arrive quicker than this in some instances, or may occasionally take a little longer.

Orders with Parts not in stock

Orders that contain parts that are currently out of stock will not be shipped until your order is complete.

If you require the parts that are in stock on your order to be sent separately first, we charge a minimal rate of £5 for this service, please tick the “Send Parts in Stock” box when checking out on the website.

Please Note: This service can only be used once per order, the remaining parts on the order will ship together when the order is complete.

If you select one of our express delivery services, your order will be shipped by that method once all parts on an order are available for dispatch together unless you choose the “Send Parts In Stock” option. The remaining parts on your order, when complete, will not be sent on express service, but an appropriate service for the parts and weight, for example Royal Mail or standard courier service.

This service is not available for international orders outside UK Mainland where the shipping costs are greater than standard UK Mainland delivery, if so, a second delivery charge will apply. Please call to discuss and we can calculate the required amount.
