We were asked by a top restorer of classic cars to design an Inner door liner to stop water regress onto new or old door cards fitted. Most enthusiast would use the plastic bag the panels came in and hope it would stick to the door with glue they had in the garage!

Our range of door liners made from tough durable PVC and are die cut on press tools that make the original door cards.

Each hole for door locks, window winders, door handles, speaker holes are precision cut to fit perfectly over the door or rear quarter panel.

Not only does the waterproof PVC stop damp or water leaks warping the door cards it stops on scratching of the paint work.

This is the best Reinforced Elastomer on the market and will prolong the interior trim panels in your car. These door liners are sold in pairs.

We recommend using water based spray adhesive glue, such as our AC853000 and spray this on the door liner and fitting it to your door.

Alternately if you don’t want any glue on your door, simply tape the door liner to the door and the door card can be placed as normal.
