After a long period of R&D, FLAT 4 has finally designed and produced a steel dynamo/alternator pulley that you can trust.
Based around the original design by Volkswagen this pulley is manufactured from 3mm thick steel.
A heavy duty hub is pressed into place on all FLAT 4 top pulleys.
The clearance on the hub shaft hole and woodruff key slot has been manufactured for a perfect fit onto the shaft of the dynamo/alternator.
They have also included a cut out like the original to stop the pulley from spinning when it is tightened or loosened.
