CSP Bus Front Disc Brake Conversion (Vented) - 1964-70 (Alloy Wheel Only) - 5x205 PCD

Wide 5 (5 x 205) Vented front disc brake conversion to fit Splitscreen and Baywindow Buses from 1964 – 1970 that have 15″ alloy wheels fitted only

The upgraded system has been redesigned with a 278mm internally vented rotor and specially enlarged calipers.

This kit is not suitable for buses with OE Steel wheels or 14″ alloy wheels due to the different shape caliper supplied with the kit allowing less room

The kit features an alloy hub with a bolt on disc rotor. The high grade aluminium calliper bracket is bolted to the original spindle

Fitment: There are no modifications necessary to install this kit. Only the master cylinder needs to be changed to a disc brake type as usual. 

Fitting:

• For 1964 -1967 Splitscreen buses use 211611021AA master cylinder with AC698015 fitting kit
• For 1968-70 Baywindow buses use 211611021AE master cylinder or CSP6110171210 adapters in original master cylinder 
• Baywindow buses from 1971 to 1979 the 1964 to 1970 kit must be purchased and then early Baywindow (1968 to 1970) spindles must be fitted.  please call our sales staff to add these to your order
