CSP Bus Front Disc Brake Conversion (Cross Drilled) - 1964-70 (All Wheels) - 5x205 PCD

Wide 5 (5 x 205) Cross Drilled front disc brake conversion to fit Splitscreen and Baywindow Buses from 1964 – 1970 that give you the option of fitting either the original steel wheels or alloy wheels due to the different shape caliper supplied with the kit allowing more room.

This kit can also be used with 15“ alloys

Cross Drilled discs ensure greater grip and more responsive braking.  This is because the holes create better friction between the disc and the pad.  These holes also disrupt the layer of water that can cover the braking surface in wet weather conditions.  That layer of water acts as a cushion on standard discs which can cause poor braking.

The kit features an alloy hub with a bolt on disc rotor. The high grade aluminium calliper bracket is bolted to the original spindle

Fitment: There are no modifications necessary to install this kit. Only the master cylinder needs to be changed to a disc brake type as usual. 

Fitting:

• For 1964 -1967 Splitscreen buses use 211611021AA master cylinder with AC698015 fitting kit
• For 1968-70 Baywindow buses use 211611021AE master cylinder or CSP6110171210 adapters in original master cylinder 
• Baywindow buses from 1971 to 1979 the 1964 to 1970 kit must be purchased and then early Baywindow (1968 to 1970) spindles must be fitted.  please call our sales staff to add these to your order
