Adjustable Pushrod Tube for Type 1 Aircooled and Waterboxer Engines

Optimize your VW engine with the advanced CSP Products Adjustable Pushrod Tubes. Designed for use on all Type 1 aircooled engines (1300cc – 1600cc, including performance and larger displacement engines) and 1900cc – 2100cc Waterboxer engines, these pushrod tubes offer superior performance, reliability, and ease of installation.

Features and Benefits:

1. High-Grade Aluminium Construction: CNC machined from high-grade aluminium, these pushrod tubes provide exceptional durability and strength, ensuring long-lasting performance even under extreme conditions.

2. Dual Internal Viton O-Rings: Each tube features dual internal Viton O-rings that effectively prevent leaks, ensuring a reliable seal and maintaining optimal engine performance.

3. Heavy-Duty Stainless Steel External Spring: The stainless steel external spring maintains constant pressure on the seals, accommodating engine expansion and contraction due to temperature changes. This ensures a secure seal at all times.

4. Optimized Design for High-Lift Engines:

  • 22mm ID on the Head Side: Provides ample clearance for pushrods in high-lift engines, ensuring smooth operation.
  • 19mm ID on the Case Side: Facilitates quick oil return, promoting efficient engine lubrication.

5. Anodized Black and Silver Finish: The anodized finish not only provides a sleek appearance but also prevents corrosion, enhancing the longevity of the pushrod tubes.

6. Easy Installation Without Removing Cylinder Heads: The design allows for installation without removing the cylinder heads, simplifying the process and reducing downtime.
