CSP Beetle High Performance Master Cylinder - 20.6mm Bore

High performance CSP master cylinder for use on all Beetles and Karmann Ghias from 1967 onwards that are right hand drive, but can be fitted to left hand drive models, see below

It has a larger 20.64mm bore and is an ideal upgrade for those of you with disc brakes that want a bit more stopping power

Tips: If you are changing you master cylinder, some or all of the brake pipes may need to be re-routed. This is due to the port layout being different on the new master cylinder. When planning your brake line routing, be sure to fit the brake switch `below` the master cylinder centre line. Otherwise air can be trapped in the system which will make it difficult to bleed the brakes.

It is also VERY important that the end play of the brake pedal pushrod is adjusted correctly. Follow the factory specifications of 1mm endplay. The pushrod can be adjusted using the thread and lock-nut on the pushrod shaft. For some applications you may have to cut the pushrod down in length.
