Ignitor Collar Replacement For AC998PE1849 (Ignitor 1 Electronic Ignition System For 1964-68 Distributors)

If you`ve damaged or broken your magnetic collar on your Pertronix ignitor electronic ignition, these replacement collars are a big saving over buying a whole new electronic ignition kit.

This collar is for replacing the magnet assembly in the following ignitors:

• AC998PE1849 – 12 Volt Ignitor 1
• AC998PE1849N6 – 6 Volt Ignitor 1
• AC998PE91849 – 12 Volt Ignitor 2

Fitting: Caution is advised when fitting these as they are quite fragile. Always line up the seat to the distributor shaft and if they are tight when fitting do not force it, use a socket or similar to tap the top of the collar down evenly until it seats.
