Pertronix Flamethrower 2 coil in black for 12 Volt vehicles.

Flamethrower 2 coils are an uprated 45,000 volt, perfect for use with Pertronix electronic ignition (Ignitor 2 only) and Pertronix Flamethrower 8mm HT Leads

Also suitable for most CDI or capactor discharge igntion, like Pertronix`s Second Strike, see part number AC998500

It`s higher voltage allows for larger spark plug gaps for added power, smoother response and better fuel economy.

Please Note: These are not backwards compatible and cannot be used with Pertronix Ignitor 1 electronic ignition as they will overload an Ignitor 1 and cause it to fail instantly.
