The Spinners are fitted to the wheels just like a normal centre cap. The spinner is made up of two parts. The Hub pushes into the front of the wheel and then is held in place against the wheel with 3 grub screws. Once it is secure you then screw the spionner part onto the hub. It can be done with the wheel on or off the car but is easier with the wheel off so you can turn the allen key fully to attach the hub.
