Rear Brake Drum Ring Kit (Use To Fit Pre 1967 Drums Onto Post 1967 Car) - T1, KG

Simple to fit shim kit that lets you to change your rear 4 x 130 stud drums to the earlier wide 5 x 205 stud drums, allowing fitment of a much wider range of custom or standard wheels

Advantages to fitting these are that you get the wide 5 stud pattern and you get to run the later wider brake shoes if required

Ideal if doing a straight axle or IRS conversion on a split van to still retain the correct 5×205 stud pattern

Quantity: 1 set is enough to both rear wheels on one vehicle 

Fitting: Unbolt and remove your 4 stud drum, slip 1 thin spacer onto drive shaft then fit an up to 1966 beetle drum, then fit the thick spacer and refit the 36mm hub nut, torque up and fit split pin job done

• Large Ring 12mm thick
• Small ring 4mm thick
