Ceramic Coated EMPI Premium Exhaust Header - Type 1 Engines (Not 1200cc)

EMPI`s new premium ceramic extractors are made from 1 3/8″ 16 gauge steel with extra thick flanges.

Tubes are mandrel bent to insure smooth exhaust gas flow.

All flanges are surface ground to insure flat sealing surface and finish ground on I.D`s.

The 3-Bolt muffler flange is at the 1 o`clock position and will accept the following mufflers:

Comes with high quality gaskets, stainless steel bolts and copper nuts to resist corrosion.

Fits all 1300cc to 1600cc based Type 1 engines.

NOTE: EMPI Headers and Mufflers are coated with a layer of paint which acts as a rust inhibitor and may burn off once they get hot.  It is best to clean off the coating with a good solvent then paint the system with quality hi-temp paint.  Systems are not warranted against rust.
