Adjustable Camshaft Gear - Type 1 Engines

Adjustable aluminium 3 bolt or rivet camshaft gear to fit Type 1 aircooled engines built up to 1971 and all aftermarket performance camshafts that have the 3 bolt pattern

This adjustable version allows you to retard or advance you cam timing by removing the oil pump

The cam gear is locked into position by special degree discs to enable you to advance or retard you cam timing from a minus 4 degrees to a plus 4 degrees
