Type 1 outer lower front beam bearing 1966-1979 (2 per car).

Replace your worn or broken Bearings in the front beam of your Beetle or Karmann Ghia.

This needle roller bearing is found on all Karmann Ghia`s and Beetles from 1966 onwards that have Ball Joint front suspension (Not 1302 or 1303 models.

It is located in the lower tube of the front beam.  The upper bearing is smaller in diameter.

This bearing is also used on Type 3 beams in the lower tube (upper tube bearing is no longer available).
