I am trying to find a hinge conversion kit that goes the opposite of this product. I have a 74 bay and a 76 parts bus. I want to fit the 76 doors onto my 74. Does this product exist?

As far as we are aware the product you are after does not exist. You could possibly drill out the hinges on the later doors to accept the larger earlier door pins.
