Is this actual roof gutter?...or is it the support which roof turret sits on?...I was in process of replacing side roof section with a panel of roof/gutter . But I noticed rust under the roof on what looks like support beam running side length of roof. That's what I need to replace. Is this that part?

This is just the gutter repair itself and does not act as any support to the roof. It is the piece of gutter that is visable from the outside of the Bus.
