Beetle Front Brake Drum - 1965-67 (Also Karmann Ghia)

Replacement front brake drum for use on all VW Beetles and Karmann Ghias from August 1965 to August 1967.

This brake drum is for use on the first ball joint Suspension models which still retained the wide five (5×205 PCD) stud pattern wheels.

This drum can also be used if you wish to convert your later 4 stud Beetle or Karmann Ghia to wide 5 front brake system.  All you will require to do this conversion is a set of 1965 to 1967 front wheel bearings.

Fitting: Although we sell brake drums separately we always recommend that you change them in pairs so that you do not suffer from uneven braking

Fitment: Clean the inner shoe surface before installation with a brake cleaner as they are coated at manufacture with an anti oxidising oil
