I bought this item back in August last year and only now attempted to bolt it on but it is a few mm short I have checked the engine size and it is 1200cc so it should fit by rights once one side is in place it leaves the other side just short so the bolts don't line up to the holes could you please advice as I'm not at all happy about this cheers

This exhaust is for use on 1200 engines from 1963 onwards. The measurements from each flange should be 481mm from the centre of each hole on the top of the flange and 541mm from the centre of the hole on the bottom of the flange. Due to the way these exhaust are manufactured, welding can distort the measurements a little which in unavoidable. The exhaust however should still fit the engine with a little persuasion.
