Yes this is suitable.

Hi Please can you tell me the maximum space between the two mounts. The holes in my bus are 46cm apart and im having difficulty finding a twin mounted aerial the same.

Tha maximum space between the mounting points in order to retract the aerial fully is around 39cm. You could move the second mount further away but then the aerial would not retract fully.
