T4 94-03 Vacuum Pump Pushrod (AAB,AJA,ACV,AHY,AJT,AUF,AXG,AYC,AYY Engines)

Replacement pushrod for the vacuum pump on all 2.4 Diesel and 2.5 TDI Transporter T4 Buses from July 1994 to the end of production in 2003.

Often this rod can get minor wear which will create a ticking or knocking noise from the engine on idel.  If this knocking noise stops when you pump the brake pedal then the chances are this rod needs replacing.

Note: Before you install this rod make sure you set your engine to TDC or damage maybe caused to the camshaft.
