Splitscreen Bus Cargo Doors – March 1955 to July 1958 Splitscreen Buses

These Buses have Cargo Doors known as High Hinge models.

1955 to 1958 Left Hand Drive Buses

Splitscreen Bus Cargo Doors -August 1958 to December 1960

These Buses have Cargo Doors known as high hinge but also have a recess in the door panel to stop the cab door handle from damaging the panel.

1959 to 1960 Left Hand Drive Buses

1959 to 1960 Right Hand Drive Buses

Splitscreen Bus Cargo Doors -January 1961 to July 1963

These were the first of the Low Hinge Cargo Door models. They also incorporate the recess for the cab door handle just like the 1958 to 1960 models.

Splitscreen Bus Cargo Doors -August 1963 to July 1967

The last of the original German manufactured Splitscreen Bus. These models still feature the high hinge and door handle recess but also were installed with a thicker door lock rod.
