New Website

Could it be true?

It’s finally here! After over 2 years of work behind the scenes, we are so excited, proud and happy to be finally launching the new Cool Air website and we hope you find it be as awesome as we planned it to be.

2 years! I know really…  

but being classic VW nerds at heart, the task of building a website from the ground up it turns out isn’t quite the same as tinkering for hours on end in the garage requiring us to learn a whole new skill set we never thought possible, but ultimately we are proud of it (can we go back to talking about cars now please?).

We know all too well this was long overdue as our old website wasn’t up to today’s standards in both speed and functionality, but being tied to an old style POS (that’s Point Of Sale, not the other POS, but we won’t argue that) was a cause of huge frustration to both us and customers alike, the new and updated website is such a vast improvement over the old we trust it will make your Cool Air experience a gazillion times better than before.

To say this has been a massive project is the understatement of the year (or 2), with all the effort, long hours, late nights, 7 day work weeks, ideas, meetings, brain storming sessions, testing, re testing and then testing again, but it’s been so worth it as ultimately it’s all about what we can do for our customers as it’s simple, we’re nothing without you and will work our hardest to bring you what you want.

Understandably it may take some time to familiarise yourself with the new website, but the core layout is essentially the same, so you can expect the same organisation that you’re used to and hope the rest will fall into place when browsing and exploring the plethora of new functions available.

Although we have spent months testing it, we do expect inevitable wrinkles at launch which we’ll be all over when spotted, but ask if there is something that’s not working or displaying correctly as it should, please let us know so we can sort it out ASAP.
