Corona Virus Update 13.05.20

We hope you’re all doing ok and managing through these tough times and mainly that you’re all staying safe and well.
Cool Air is extremely lucky none of us have been affected by the Corona Virus, but our thoughts are with those who have, it must be incredibly hard.

We all want this to be over ASAP as much as everyone, so we can start to get back to normal and resume all the activities that makes the VW community the amazing place it is to be, so here’s an update of what we’re up to.

As we are still under recommendation to work from home where possible, we will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. Being a small business, it’s the safest way for all of us to operate in a small working environment, so the Cool Air Offices and Trade Counter will remain closed.

Fortunately we have been able to keep going throughout the pandemic so far. Thank you to all who have supported us and kept us busy. As always we truly appreciate your custom and will continue making sure all customers receive the same service you would expect from us despite this situation, thanks to our very dedicated sales and shipping team.

Shipping of orders is as normal, with only a slight delay seen on some days. Please take this into account when placing orders for urgent next day and express pre noon deliveries as this would be out of our control.
Royal Mail does appear to be a little slower than usual at present, so expect a day or two longer for delivery when ordering.
