Gearbox side flange seal for Type 1 IRS Gearboxes

Final drive flange seal for the centre of the flange on all IRS gearboxes fitted to Beetles, Type 3`s, Type 181`s and Karmann Ghia`s.  Also used on Splitscreen Buses that are running a Beetle IRS conversion.

Also used on Transporter T4 Buses from March 1994 onwards with manual gearboxes and all Corrado`s, Mk1 Caddy`s, Mk1 Golf`s, Mk1 Jetta`s, Mk1 Scirocco`s, Mk2 Golf`s, Mk2 Jetta`s, Mk2 Scirocco`s, Mk3 Golf`s, Mk3 Polo`s and Mk4 Golf`s.

This gasket is 0.004″ thick (0.10mm) and is used to help get the right spacing on the rear axle tubes...

This gasket is 0.008" thick (0.20mm) and is used to help get the right spacing on the rear axle tubes on all Swing axle gearboxes.

This Gasket is for use on a swing axle gearbox axle tube flange. This version 0.010″ thick. Sold Separately
