Mk1 Golf Water Flanges

Plastic coolant flange which fits on the end of the cylinder head above the gearbox on Corrado`s, Mk1 Golf Cabrio`s, Mk1 Polo`s, Mk1 Scirocco`s, Mk2 Golf`s, Mk2 Polo`s, Mk2 Scirocco`s, Mk3 Golf`s, Mk3 Polo`s and T4 Transporter`s.

Plsatic coolant flange that is located on the end of the cylinder head above the gearbox on Corrado`s, Mk1 Golf Cabrio`s, Mk1 Scirocco`s, Mk2 Golf`s and Mk3 Golf`s.

Coolant flange including o-ring for T4 Transporters with 2.0 petrol (AAC) engines and Mark 1 Golf`s with 1.6 Petrol (EW) and 1.8 Petrol (EX) engines.

Locates on the front of the cylinder head.

This flange has two coolant hose connections and three sensor connections.

Aluminium coolant flange for 1.6 diesel and 1.6 Turbo diesel Type 25 vans produced from January 1981 to December 1988.

Also used on Mark 1 Golf`s with 1.5 Diesel (CK) and 1.6 Diesel (CR,JK,CY) engines.

Rubber O-ring seal for the water take off flange on the engine block of Corrado`s, Mk1 Caddy`s, Golf`s, Jetta`s, Polos and Scirocco`s, Mk2 Golf`s, Jetta`s, Polo`s and Scirocco`s, Mk3 Golf`s and Polos, Mk4 Golf`s and T4 Transporters.

Gasket for the water flange to the engine block on all Type 25 (T3) Buses with 1.6 and 1.7 Diesel engines including turbo diesel models.

Also used on Mk1 Golf`s with 1.1 Petrol (FA,GG), 1.3 Petrol (GF), 1.5 Petrol (JB), 1.6 Petrol (EG,EW), 1.8 Petrol (DX), 1.6 Diesel (CR,JK) and 1.6 Turbo Diesel (CY) engines.

Water flange that bolts to the cylinder head of all Type 25 (T3) Buses with Diesel engines.

Also used on Mk1 Golf Cabriolet`s up to chassis number 15 J 034 000 with 1.6 Petrol (EW Engine Code) or 1.8 Petrol (EX Engine Code) engines.  After this chassis number these engines used a different water flange (037121132B).
