Mk1 Golf Bonnet Cables and Catches

Upper bonnet catch for use on all Karmann Ghia`s from 1964 to 1974, All Type 181/2 models from 1969 to 1982 and all Mk1 Golf`s from 1975 to 1983.

Upper bonnet catch for use on RHD Mk1 Golf Cabriolet`s and LHD Mk2 Golf`s, Mk2 Jetta`s and Mk1 Caddy`s.

Lower bonnet catch for use on Mk1 Golf Cabriolet`s, Mk2 Golf`s, Mk2 Jetta`s and Mk1 Caddy`s.

Also used on T4 Transporters as the lower lock on factory fitted pop top roofs.

Bonnet release cable for use on all Mk1 Golf`s from February 1974 to February 1984.

This bonnet cable has a 1715mm long inner cable with a 1625mm outer sheath.  Although originally designed for the Mk1 Golf it is often used on VW Beetles and Karmann Ghia`s as an alternative to the original bonnet relaease cable.

Comes comlete with plastic handle to pull the cable.

This rubber stop screws onto the rear valance of all Classic VW Beetles and Karmann Ghia`s.  It acts as a buffer for the rear deck lid.

Also used as a rubber stop for both the bonnet and tailgate on Mk1 Golf`s.
